Age old rivals met again. The air was supercharged with spirit. Bristol brought a boisterous cheering section, Vergennes armed with one of the states champion cheerleading squads matched and elevated the crowd to tile shaking cheer levels.

The Vergennes quest was simple, Revenge or redemption for the loss in Bristol. The Vergennes boys jumped out to a quick lead, only to see it disappear. The majority of the game was within 5 points. With a minute and a half left Vergennes held a one point lead and control of the ball. The crowd was foaming at the mouth. Who would walk away the victor? In the end the Vergennes Boys were victorious!
